Printing Questions

1. When I print on your address labels, I end up printing over the design. I followed the instructions, what am I doing wrong?

- Make sure that you are using the Avery 5160 template for your labels. The template is set up for an all over design but if there is a design on the left side of the label you will have to adjust your copy. Remember to always test print on a blank sheet of paper before printing on the actual product.

2. I purchased some of your address labels that state I could use Avery template 5371, but that template is not working.

- We apologize, the wrong template was put on our address labels. The correct template would be Avery 5160.

4. What Wedding Stationery do I need?

- You will need wedding invitations for the guests you are intending to invite plus a few extra for any last minute additions to your original list. For the reception, consider personalized place cards and menus. Or perhaps a short history of your relationship, fun facts to tell about how you met, or how he proposed. These can be printed on tri-fold brochures and put on the tables at each place setting for your guests to read while waiting for their turn at the buffet line or waiting for dinner to be served. Consider enclosure cards for reception information, driving directions, hotel suggestions, or where you are registered for gifts. These can be inserted into your invitation when it's mailed. Thank you cards are a must. There are several styles available in many different colors. It is also a useful way of informing family and friends of your new address if appropriate.

5. When should I send out our Wedding Invitations?

- We recommend sending out your wedding invitations two months before your wedding date and no later than 6 weeks.

6. What reply date should I write on my response cards?

- A date about three weeks before the wedding is normally enough time for you to confirm your final arrangements.

7. How much postage should I use?

- To be safe, take a completed invitation to your postal service, and have it weighed. Be sure to include all enclosures, (response cards, maps, menus, gift registry, etc.).
